Gervasoni arrives in the beating heart of New York City with new showroom that embodies the Italian design excellence

Gervasoni lands in New York, in the heart of Manhattan, marking an important milestone in its corporate history. Situated in an enviable location on Lexington Avenue and East 32nd Street, Gervasoni's new showroom officially opened its doors on 19 May 2024, ready to become a landmark for design and furniture enthusiasts worldwide.

The showroom - which occupies a dedicated space on the second floor of the same building as Davide Groppi's Spazio Esperienze and Meridiani's showroom - represents a unique meeting place. These brands, like Gervasoni, are all part of the Dexelance Group, which has successfully spearheaded the company's exciting expansion to New York.

With a distinctive footprint in the design industry, Gervasoni offers a refined experience for design lovers. The exhibition space is cleverly divided into two distinct areas: one dedicated to outdoor collections, while the other presents indoor bestsellers.

This allows visitors to fully immerse themselves in the versatility and style of Gervasoni's furnishing solutions, which find expression in the harmonious balances between natural elements, refined artefacts and serial production.

A first room welcomes the company's indoor proposals combining iconic pieces and the latest novelties.

The Samet sofa by Federica Biasi catches the eye, defined by a no-rules style. A modular sofa inspired by oriental aesthetics, Samet can create configurations that are always unique and personal.

Paola Navone's Loll collection is presented with both a sofa, an armchair and ottoman: the key design words are comfort and softness.
Finally, Paola Navone's Ghost sofa, which has been the company's flagship for 20 years, features an oversized housse and cut-and-sew stitching that, like a light stroke drawn freehand, follows the essential geometries and soft lines of the entire collection.

The space is decorated by Federico Peri's Daen sideboard, a storage furniture proposal whose philosophy consists in the coexistence of different materials.

Finally, the indoor area is completed by David Lopez Quincoces' Heiko material tables and Paola Navone's Brass lamps.

For the outdoor area, too, yesterday's and today's furnishings coexist.

A first area is dedicated to the dining area in which the Kasane collection by Japanese Studio Nendo, consisting of a table and pouf, stands out. The uniqueness of these furnishings lies in their materiality: covered with outdoor-treated clay in the Terracotta colour, the products have a completely natural appeal.
Around the table are also the Brise chairs by Federica Biasi defined by a seat and back in Wood Evolution laser-carved to create a pattern reminiscent of Vienna Straw.

Two outdoor upholstery areas are then presented.
The first area features the modular Flair sofa by Gabriele and Oscar Buratti: a system of large poufs defined by unusual shapes that can be combined with each other and feature a special manually foldable backrest covered with a quilted fabric.

The second outdoor space presents Paola Navone's iconic Ghost collection in an outdoor version: Ghost Out retains all the stylistic features of the indoor family.

Several milgres tables from Chiara Andreatti's Guna and Federica Biasi's Brise collections and complements from Paola Navone's Inout collection decorate the space.

Gervasoni's new showroom in New York represents an important milestone on the company's path of growth and consolidation in the international market, offering customers an unparalleled design experience and confirming its role as a leader in the high-quality furniture sector.
