Gervasoni @ New York Design Week 2025

Gervasoni confirms its presence at New York Design Week alongside the other brands of the Dexelance Group – Davide Groppi, Meridiani, Saba, Turri, Flexalighting, and Axolight – with whom it shares the showroom space at 192 Lexington Avenue, in the heart of Manhattan’s NoMad Design District. For the second consecutive year, following its debut in the Big Apple during NYC Design Week 2024, Gervasoni represents Italian design in the American metropolis.

One year after the opening of its dedicated exhibition space, located on the second floor of the same building that houses Davide Groppi’s Spazio Esperienze and the Meridiani showroom, Gervasoni returns as a key player in New York Design Week, taking place from May 15 to 21, 2025. The showroom continues to be a point of reference for design enthusiasts from around the world, offering a chance to discover the latest from the Dexelance Group brands, which led the company’s exciting international expansion culminating in the opening of the New York location in 2024.

Gervasoni x Casa Italiana: Interni’s exhibition at NYC x DESIGN

On the occasion of NYC x Design, Gervasoni is taking part in a special initiative organized by Interni to celebrate Made in Italy in the Big Apple. Casa Italiana is the installation curated by Studio Otto – Paola Navone, hosted in the townhouse of ITA – Italian Trade Agency, located at 33 East 67th Street. Featuring green, white, and red tones, the design project, set in the heart of Manhattan, will be inaugurated on May 14, 2025, during the Italy on Madison event.

Paola Navone, through her Studio Otto, has chosen to celebrate Italy with a setup inspired by the Italian tricolour, featuring themed areas that pay tribute not only to design, but also to other quintessentially Italian values such as cuisine, motors, and the art of good drinking. The installation includes rooms divided by theme, each one dominated by a color from the tricolour: red, green, or white.

The interiors of the Italian Trade Agency headquarters will also feature Gervasoni furnishings designed by Paola Navone. For the occasion, Studio Otto selected a Ghost 80 bed, upholstered in Marshmallow fabric by Sirtori, to furnish one of the red rooms in the building.

The areas dedicated to white feature three LOG pouf-tables painted in white - sections of debarked and lacquered beech trunks - which, with their unconventional aesthetic, accompany two Loll 07 armchairs in Gran Bouclè Calais and the playful touch of Inout 44 polka-dot poufs. Completing the setting are three Brick poufs in sizes S, M, and L, made of natural hornbeam trunk, evoking Nordic atmospheres blended with the contemporary charm of raw wood.

Casa Italiana opens New York Design Week with a tribute to the Italian spirit around the world. Starting on May 14, the event kicks off with the talk “Casa Italiana. Where design meets history” and the presentation of Interni’s special issue, “Big Italy New York 2025.”
