Gervasoni is returning to Asia once again to highlight the iconic furnishings designed by Paola Navone that have enabled the company to become a reference point in the world of indoor and outdoor furniture. After expanding its design and stylistic research and keeping its material and craftsmanship research intact, Gervasoni is taking part at the Shanghai Design Week, one of Asia's biggest events in the world of design, which will be hosted from 8 to 11 June at the Shanghai World EXPO Exhibition & Convention Centre.

Contemporary and innovative furnishings combine natural and technical materials, create contrasts of soft and hard, dress up in new fabrics and mix to blend with the style of the home in which they are located, adapting to a variety of contexts. The stand, defined by a hyper-decorative wall created in shades of blue by the company Spaghetti Wall, will be set up with different collections designed by Paola Navone: on one side the upholstered proposals of the Loll and Nuvola collections, on the other the dining area with Gray.

Two areas are dedicated to the Loll collection, with a modular sofa on one side and armchairs and poufs on the other. The Loll collection is a project in which comfort and functionality find their maximum expression thanks to the possibility of creating new compositions, according to requirements, with modules of different depths and special corner elements that allow for the creation of unusual configurations that make this sofa a small piece of architecture that develops in space.

The other living area features two Nuvola 05 armchairs. The place for moments of relaxation, Nuvola is a collection of upholstered furniture composed of armchairs and sofas that stands out for their soft and attractive shapes. An oversize upholstered piece with an informal look that is completely removable and changes its style depending on the chosen cover: if the important and worked fabrics enhance its full shape, the light cottons and linens lean against the structure as if supported by the breeze.

Finally, a dining area is entirely dedicated to the Gray collection. Retro inspiration and contemporary design characterise the collection of chairs, armchairs, sofas, tables and coffee tables, which combines the austere elegance of classic furniture with the simplicity of northern European forms. The Gray 38 round table, a proposal with a transforming spirit, is juxtaposed with chairs from the same collection.

The entire stand is enriched by the coffee tables from the Gray collection and the iconic Brass lamps: with a strong decorative impact, the family of lamps exploits the ductility of brass and its ability to embellish interiors with warm, golden light reflections.
