Poltu Quatu, whose name means “Hidden Harbour” in Sardinian dialect, is one of the most enchanting places on the Costa Smeralda, immersed in the wild nature of Gallura. In this little corner of paradise, surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub, is nestled the five-star resort owned by Bavarian Michelin-starred chef Heinz Beck who, in 2016, promoted the Heinz Beck Food Festival, renovating the interior of his Blu-Beck restaurant. Gervasoni was chosen to give this already magnificent resort an extra touch of class with a number of iconic products such as Paola Navone’s Gray and Brick collection, featuring woodwork that recalls the local tradition.
